Can't install Lotus Notes 8.5.2 FP2

Thanks for your reply.
Yes i have check the notes.ini file. It's contain data and program directories locations. The two are on the network, but not at the same location.
They look like this:
Directory=Y:\notes\data
NotesProgram=U:\SharedNotes852\Program Files\IBM\Lotus\Notes\
